Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 750 g ripe yellow tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1 onion
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Cider vinegar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Wash, quarter, seed and finely dice the tomatoes. Peel and chop the onion. Wash chives and cut into fine rings. Mix everything with cider vinegar and sunflower oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and possibly some sugar.

    Goes well with steak, grilled fish and as a starter on toasted bread.
