Ingredients

  • 1 Egg yolk (room temperature)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 10 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1/2 TEASPOON medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice

Directions

    Season egg yolk with salt and stir until creamy. Add the oil first drop by drop, then in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Stir in mustard and season to taste with pepper and lemon juice.
