Clean and wash the broccoli and cut the florets from the stalk. Cook the florets in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes. After about 1 minute add peas. Drain, rinse with cold water and let drain.
Wash parsley, shake dry and chop finely. Wash lime hot, grate dry and finely grate the peel. Halve lime and squeeze juice from one half. With the lime zest, parsley, peas, tahina and broccoli, except for a few florets, puree finely with a chopping stick.
Season to taste with salt and pepper, fold in the florets. Serve and garnish with a lime wedge if desired.
