Cassis sorbet with red sparkling wine

Ingredients

  • 4 balls (50 g each) Cassis sorbet (no longer available)
  • 1/2 l red champagne
  • 4 Slices of lime
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Preparation. Pre-cool 4 champagne glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes. Put the balls into the glasses and fill them up with the well-chilled sparkling wine. Decorate with slices of lime and lemon balm.
