  • 600 g Pork tenderloin
  • 1 jar(s) (236 ml, separation weight 140 g) Pineapple
  • 7-10 Tbsp Shashlik skewers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cheese

    Dab meat dry and cut into very small cubes. Drain the pineapple, let it drain well and also cut it into small pieces. Halve shish kebabs. Place a few fillet cubes and pineapple pieces alternately close together on top of each other. Fry all around in a raclette pan. Season with salt and pepper. Bake with cheese to taste
