Pizza with ham-rocket-rolls

  • 1 pack of (600 g) Pizza dough with tomato sauce from the chiller cabinet (400 g dough and 200 g tomato sauce)
  • 200 g small tomatoes
  • 100 g black olives with stone
  • 100 g Gouda cheese
  • 100 g Rocket salad
  • 5 discs Parma ham (about 10 g each)

Directions

    Unroll the pizza dough on a baking tray and press it a little flatter (approx. 32 x 38 cm). Spread tomato sauce on top. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Drain the olives.

    Finely grate the cheese. Spread tomatoes and olives on the pizza and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes. Shortly before serving, clean, wash and pat dry the rocket.

    Cut the ham slices lengthwise into thirds. Wrap 1 strip of ham around each of several rocket stems. Cut pizza into pieces and arrange with ham rocket rolls.
