  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 300 ml Pineapple ice cream with small fruit pieces
  • 12 Waffle Rolls
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint leaves

    Wash, clean, halve and puree the strawberries, except for 6 pieces for decoration. Spread the fruit sauce on 6 dessert plates to form a mirror. Place one scoop of pineapple ice cream on each. Decorate with remaining strawberries and wafer rolls and mint.
