Yoghurt forest fruit ice cream with marinated fruits

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 2 Kiwi
  • 125 g Raspberries
  • 1 Orange
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1 pack of Yoghurt forest fruit ice cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Wash the strawberries, dab dry and clean. Halve or slice the strawberries. Peel and slice the kiwi. Sort the raspberries. Squeeze the orange, mix the juice with the sugar and mix with the fruit. Leave to stand for about 30 minutes.

    Let the ice cream thaw a little. Arrange marinated fruits on plates. Form balls from the ice cream and place them on the fruits. Serve garnished with lemon balm. Delicious with waffles
