Strawberry ice cream sundae

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Amaretto
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 8 (à 50 g) Balls of fruit ice cream with strawberry pieces
  • 4 (50 g each) scoops of vanilla ice cream with real Bourbon vanilla
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint
  • 7-10 Tbsp Bark chocolate

Directions

    Wash, clean and halve the strawberries, except for 4 pieces for decoration. Sprinkle the strawberries with Amaretto and let them steep a little. Whip cream and vanilla sugar until stiff and fill into a piping bag with star-shaped spout.

    Arrange strawberries and ice cream scoops in 4 cups. Garnish with cream and mint and sprinkle with bark chocolate.
