- 500 g Strawberries
- 4 TABLESPOONS Amaretto
- 200 g Whipped cream
- 1 package Vanillin sugar
- 8 (à 50 g) Balls of fruit ice cream with strawberry pieces
- 4 (50 g each) scoops of vanilla ice cream with real Bourbon vanilla
- 7-10 Tbsp Mint
- 7-10 Tbsp Bark chocolate

Wash, clean and halve the strawberries, except for 4 pieces for decoration. Sprinkle the strawberries with Amaretto and let them steep a little. Whip cream and vanilla sugar until stiff and fill into a piping bag with star-shaped spout.

Arrange strawberries and ice cream scoops in 4 cups. Garnish with cream and mint and sprinkle with bark chocolate.
