Stuffed pineapple with coconut ice cream

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (250 g) frozen raspberries
  • 2 small pineapple
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 8 balls of coconut ice cream (à approx. 50 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Nuts

Directions

    Defrost the raspberries and pass through a sieve. Cut the pineapple in half, remove the flesh and cut into pieces. Peel and slice the kiwi. Arrange 2 scoops of ice cream with the fruit in one half of the pineapple.

    Cover with raspberry sauce and garnish with nuts.
