Ingredients

  • 1 bar (100 g) dark chocolate
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 300 ml Strawberry ice cream
  • 100 ml Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 4 Ice cream wafer bags
  • 7-10 Tbsp sugar pearls

Directions

    Place the chocolate and cream in a saucepan and dissolve at low heat. Let the sauce cool down a little. Form 12 small balls from the strawberry ice cream with an ice cream scoop. Form 4 small balls from the vanilla ice cream.

    Dip the ice cream scoop into hot water again and again. Spread the chocolate sauce on four plates, place 3 strawberry balls in each and place 1 vanilla ball on each plate as a head. Put on ice cream cones as caps and mark eyes and noses with the sugar pearls.

    Serve the ice cream immediately.
