Clean, wash and cut the strawberries into pieces. Wash the mint, dab dry and pluck the leaves. Puree the strawberries, mint leaves, sugar and lemon juice with the cutting stick of the hand mixer.
It is best to freeze in a metal bowl for about 2 hours. Beat vigorously at intervals of 1/4 hour. Shortly before it is completely frozen, put it into a piping bag with a star-shaped spout and fill it into dessert glasses.
Garnish with strawberry slices and mint bouquet.
