Wash and clean the strawberries. Slice or halve half of the fruit. Puree the remaining berries with the chopping stick. Season with vanillin sugar. Drain the peaches. Cut one half into small cubes. Puree the rest of the peaches and season with liqueur. Arrange one scoop of ice cream on each portion plate. Serve with fruit purees, strawberry halves and slices and peach cubes. Serve decorated with mint
