Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 pack of (300 g) frozen raspberries
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Raspberry Spirit
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream (approx. 50 ml each)
  • 4 Peach halves (canned)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Defrost the raspberries, put some aside for decoration. Purée the rest of the raspberries, sugar, raspberry brandy and lemon juice. Pass the puree through a sieve. Divide vanilla ice cream and peach halves into 4 dessert glasses.

    Pour raspberry sauce over it. Decorate with remaining raspberries and lemon balm.
