Peach with ice cream ball

Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp 1/2 125 g bottle of chocolate sauce
  • 1 TABLESPOON Fresh cream
  • 2 scoops of vanilla-honey ice cream (approx. 50 g each)
  • 2 large peach halves (from the can)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint and icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Freezer bag

    Shake the chocolate sauce vigorously and divide between 2 plates. Pour crème fraîche into a small freezer bag and cut off a small corner. Spray strips onto the chocolate sauce and pull them apart to form a pattern with a wooden skewer. Add peach halves to the chocolate sauce. Place ice cream scoops on top. Decorate with mint and serve immediately dusted with icing sugar
