  • 8 Kiwis
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Icing sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Kiwi liqueur

Directions

    Peel and dice the kiwis. Puree with icing sugar, lemon juice and kiwi liqueur and place in the freezer for about 3 hours. Stir the frozen puree 3-4 times with a hand blender in between.
