Vanilla ice cream with raspberry-grappa sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 pack of (250 g) frozen raspberries
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 40 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Grappa
  • 4 (50 g each) scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

    Defrost the raspberries and mash them. Stir in lemon juice, sugar and vanillin sugar. Season to taste with grappa. Pour raspberry puree into 4 glasses. Place 1 ice cream scoop on each. Decorate with mint
