- 250 g Strawberries
- 1 TEASPOON Sugar
- 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 8 scoops of strawberry ice cream
- 4 scoops of lemon ice cream
- 7-10 Tbsp different crops
Directions

Wash and clean the strawberries. Add sugar and lemon juice and puree with the cutting stick of the hand mixer, pass through a sieve. Spread the strawberry puree on four dessert plates. Arrange the ice cream on top. Decorate with the fruits
