Ice cream on strawberry puree

  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 8 scoops of strawberry ice cream
  • 4 scoops of lemon ice cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp different crops

Directions

    Wash and clean the strawberries. Add sugar and lemon juice and puree with the cutting stick of the hand mixer, pass through a sieve. Spread the strawberry puree on four dessert plates. Arrange the ice cream on top. Decorate with the fruits
