Wash and clean the strawberries and, except for one for garnishing, halve or quarter them. Sort the currants, wash them and remove them from the panicles with a fork. Keep a few panicles for garnishing. Mix the fruit and strawberry sauce. Divide the sauce between two dessert glasses. Place one scoop of ice cream on each and decorate with half strawberry, currant panicle and lemon balm leaves
