Peel and halve the bananas. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Whip cream until stiff. Place 2 banana halves in an oblong glass bowl and place 2 ice cream scoops in the middle of each. Fill the cream in a piping bag with star-shaped spout and spread it on the banana split.
Sprinkle with some chocolate sauce and decorate with lemon balm. Add the rest of the chocolate sauce extra.
