Yoghurt ice cream with fresh fruit and vanilla sauce

  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 1 pack of Vanilla Dessert Sauce
  • 250 g Raspberries
  • 2 Kiwis (about 110 g each)
  • 4 (60 g each) balls yoghurt ice cream "forest fruit flavour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm and icing sugar

    Whisk the milk and sauce powder with the whisk of the hand mixer for approx. 1 minute at highest speed. Sort the raspberries. Peel kiwis and cut into thin slices. Arrange ice cream, vanilla sauce and fruits on 4 plates and serve dusted with lemon balm and icing sugar
