Ingredients

- 250 g Strawberries
- 2 TABLESPOONS Orange liqueur
- 100 g Whipped cream
- 1/2 package Vanillin sugar
- 2 (75 g each) Balls of fruit ice cream with strawberry pieces
- 2 (75 g each) scoops of vanilla ice cream with real Bourbon vanilla
- 1/2 TEASPOON small colourful decoration hearts
- 4 Heart Wafers
- 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm
Directions

Wash, clean and halve the strawberries and sprinkle with orange liqueur. Whip cream and vanilla sugar until stiff and fill into a piping bag with star-shaped spout. Arrange strawberries and ice cream in a large cup.

Garnish with cream and sprinkle the decorative hearts over it. Stick heart wafers in and decorate with lemon balm.
