Peel oranges generously so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut the fillets out of the parting skins. Collect the juice. E
Mix strawberries, orange fillets, juice and liqueur and cover and let stand for 30 minutes. Whip the cream and vanilla sugar until stiff and fill into a piping bag with star-shaped spout. Arrange fruit and ice cream in glasses and decorate with cream.
Sprinkle with pistachios.
