Ingredients

  • 100 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 400 g Tomatoes
  • 2 red onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 600 g minced beef
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Ajvar (spicy paprika preparation; glass)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 4 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 12 wooden skewers

Directions

    Clean, wash and dry lamb's lettuce. Cucumber and tomatoes wash, dice. Peel 1 onion and cut into strips.

    Peel and chop 1 onion and garlic. Clean the chilli, cut lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and chop. Knead chili with minced meat, diced onion, garlic, salt, pepper, 1 tsp. paprika, ajvar and breadcrumbs. Form into long meatballs with moistened hands and put them on the skewers. Grease a grill pan with 1 tablespoon of oil. Fry the skewers in it in portions all around for about 8 minutes.

    Mix vinegar, salt and pepper. Fold in 4 tablespoons of oil. Mix with lamb's lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and onion strips. Pass to the skewers. Serve with flat bread spread with Ajvar and herb sour cream.
