Remove the outer leaves from 1 stick of lemongrass and chop the inside finely. Heat with honey and 6 tablespoons of water until the honey has dissolved. Let it cool down and sieve it.
Squeeze the limes. Fill glasses with crushed ice. Spread lime juice and honey mix over the glasses. Add 60 ml cachaça each and stir. Serve with the remaining lemongrass sticks as desired.
