Ingredients

  • 3 Spring onions
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 2 Pineapple rings (a.d.tin)
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 1/2 bunch Thyme
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 package (230 g; 32 cm ø) Pizza dough, rolled out round (from the chiller cabinet)
  • 100 g blue cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings. Clean, wash and chop the tomatoes. Cut ham and pineapple into small pieces. Clean, wash and halve the mushrooms. Wash and chop thyme.

    Heat the fat. Sauté the mushrooms in it. Season with salt and pepper. Add remaining prepared ingredients. Place the pizza dough with baking paper on the baking tray. Divide the prepared mushroom pan into 1 half.

    Spread the blue cheese in slices on top. Turn over half of the dough, scratch several times. Dust with flour. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for about 15 minutes.
