Ingredients

  • 1/2 cube (about 21 g) Yeast
  • 250 g + some flour
  • 5-8 TABLESPOONS Oil (e.g. olive oil)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 3-4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 100-150 g Mushrooms
  • 2-3 (125 g each) balls of mozzarella cheese
  • 75-100 g cooked ham
  • 1 can(s) (210 ml) Tuna fish natural
  • 1-2 medium-sized onions
  • 1 TABLESPOON black olives
  • 7-10 Tbsp tr. oregano or marjoram

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in 175 ml of lukewarm water. Stir in half the flour, knead in the rest. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes

    Then knead 4-6 tbsp. oil and 1/2 tsp. salt into the dough. Cover and leave to rise for another 30 minutes

    Clean and wash the tomatoes and mushrooms. Drain the mozzarella. Cut everything into slices. Cut the ham into strips. Drain tuna. Peel onions, cut into rings

    Knead the dough and quarter it. Roll out 30 cm long sticks on some flour. Cover the sticks with tuna and onions or ham and mushrooms or tomatoes, mozzarella and olives. Season. Drizzle 1-2 tablespoons of oil over it

    Bake pizza sticks in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C / gas: level 4) for about 20 minutes
