Spinach pizzas with garlic & shrimps

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g + some flour
  • 1 TEASPOON sugar, salt, pepper
  • 1 (7 g) Package. Dry yeast
  • 3-4 Tbsp Oil
  • 400 g leaf spinach
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 200 g strained tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 125 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 100-150 g Shrimps (deep sea crab meat)
  • baking paper

Directions

    Mix 400 g flour, sugar, 1 tsp salt and yeast. Add 1/4 l lukewarm water and 2-3 tbsp. oil and knead everything into a smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes

    Clean, wash and drain the spinach. Peel onion and garlic. Dice onion finely and cut garlic into thin slices. Fry both in 1 tbsp. hot oil. Add the spinach and let it collapse. Season with salt and pepper

    Knead the dough again and divide into 4 portions. Roll out each portion to a round shape (approx. 15 cm Ø) on a little flour. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and leave to rise for a further 10-15 minutes

    Mix tomato paste and strained tomatoes. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Drain the spinach if necessary. Drain mozzarella, quarter it and cut it into slices. Rinse shrimps

    Spread the pizzas with tomato sauce and top with spinach, cheese and shrimps. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 20 minutes
