Brie potato raclette pan

Ingredients

  • 450 g baby potatoes
  • 1 TABLESPOON Walnut kernels
  • 200 g Brie
  • 3 Disc/s Black Forest ham
  • 3 TSP Wild cranberries

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook with the skin in boiling water for 18-20 minutes. Chop nuts. Cut Brie into slices. Cut ham slices in half.

    Drain potatoes, peel and chop smaller. Arrange with ham in pans. Place Brie on top and gratinate under the raclette grill. Sprinkle with cranberries and nuts.
