Beefsteak burger with curry cream (woman)

Ingredients

  • 4 TABLESPOONS Whole milk yoghurt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Salad mayonnaise (50 % fat)
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Curry Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Orange juice
  • 1/2 bunch Rocket
  • 1 piece(s) (approx. 3 cm) Cucumber
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 small onion
  • 300 g Beefsteak minced meat
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chilli powder
  • 3 Hamburger roll without sesame seeds
  • 50 g mixed rungs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium grill tray

Directions

    Mix yoghurt, 2 tbsp. salad cream and curry. Season to taste with salt, pepper and orange juice. Pluck the rocket. Cut cucumber and tomato into slices. Dice onion. Knead with beefsteak mince, 1 tablespoon ketchup and egg yolk.

    Season with salt and pepper. Form 3 flat burgers. Grill in aluminium bowl while turning for 4-5 minutes. Cut the buns in half and place them on the grill for a few minutes with the cut surface facing down. Spread the bottoms of the rolls with some curry cream.

    Cover with tomatoes, rocket, burger, cucumber, rest of cream and sprouts. Close with lid.
