Cut onion into rings. Fry the bacon in a pan without fat until crisp. Drain on kitchen paper. Knead minced meat, mustard and egg yolk. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Form 3 flat burgers. Grill in aluminium bowl while turning for 4-5 minutes. Cut the buns in half and place them on the grill with the cut surface for a few minutes. Remove the avocado from the skin, sprinkle with lemon juice and cut into slices. Spread the bottoms of the rolls with 1 tbsp. salad cream each. Cover with avocado, burger, 1 tbsp. each of ketchup, onion rings, bacon and parmesan. Finish with the lid
