Sausage skewers with pineapple coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Pineapple
  • 2 packages (250 g each) Coleslaw
  • 1–2 red onions
  • 3-4 (100 g each) Pretzel Bars
  • 3-4 (100 g each) Bratwursts
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 TEASPOONS freeze-dried oregano
  • 12 long wooden skewers

    Peel the pineapple, cut out the hard stalk. Cut the flesh into bite-sized pieces. Mix pineapple and coleslaw

    Onions peel, in columns cut. Cut pretzel sticks and sausages into 1-1.5 cm thick slices. With onion slices alternately put on skewers. Peel garlic, chop finely. Mix with 4 tablespoons of oil and oregano

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in 2 large pans. Fry the skewers on each side for 4-5 minutes at medium heat, finally brushing with herb oil. Arrange salad and skewers on plates
