Beef skewers with roasted flat bread

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 7-10 Tbsp 4 cloves of garlic
  • 7-10 Tbsp 75 ml olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1 heaped tsp. precious sweet paprika powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp approx. 800 g beef rump steak (in the piece)
  • 7-10 Tbsp 4 onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1/2 each red, yellow and green pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1/4 flatbread
  • 7-10 Tbsp 200 g tzatziki
  • 7-10 Tbsp possibly parsley to garnish
  • 7-10 Tbsp 8 skewers

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix garlic, oil and paprika powder. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into large cubes. Put the cubes into the seasoning oil, mix well and let it stand for 2-3 hours

    In the meantime peel the onions and cut them into slices. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into large pieces. Lift the meat out of the oil and let it drip off a little. Put meat, onion slices and paprika alternately on 8 skewers. Cut flat bread into thin slices

    Place meat skewers on the hot grill and grill for 6-8 minutes while turning. Put bread strips on the hot grill and grill for about 2 minutes, turning. Sprinkle the skewers with pepper, arrange them on plates with tzatsiki and garnish with parsley if desired. Add the bread strips
