Peel onion and cut into rings. Heat the oil in a pan. Add onion rings and minced meat and fry. Clean, wash and cut the bell peppers into strips. Add the tomatoes to the minced meat, stir the tomato paste into the vegetable stock, add and cook for about 10 minutes.
Drain the corn and beans. Add to the soup after 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chilli powder. Roast wholemeal bread, rub with garlic and add to the soup
