Bean soup with minced meat

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 big onion
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Oil
  • 300 g mixed minced meat
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) peeled tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) Tomato paste
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1/2 can(s) (210 ml) Vegetable corn
  • 1 jar(s) (425 ml; separation weight: 255 g) kidney beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chilli powder
  • 2 discs wholemeal bread (à approx. 50 g)
  • 1 Garlic clove

Directions

    Peel onion and cut into rings. Heat the oil in a pan. Add onion rings and minced meat and fry. Clean, wash and cut the bell peppers into strips. Add the tomatoes to the minced meat, stir the tomato paste into the vegetable stock, add and cook for about 10 minutes.

    Drain the corn and beans. Add to the soup after 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chilli powder. Roast wholemeal bread, rub with garlic and add to the soup
