Clean, wash and cut the leek into pieces of about 5 cm. Blanch in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes. Remove and rinse in cold water. Cut the cold cuts in half lengthwise.
Wrap the leek pieces with cold cuts. Place in a greased casserole dish. Spread cream and cheese on the leek. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 20 minutes.
Garnish with parsley.
