Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g Broccoli
  • 300 g Penne noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Onion
  • 100 g sliced boiled ham
  • 40 g Butter or margarine
  • 30 g Flour
  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 100 g medieval Gouda cheese
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard
  • 1 washer brown bread from the previous day
  • 3 TABLESPOONS chopped hazelnuts
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

  1. 1

Clean and wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Cook broccoli for the last 4 minutes. Peel and finely dice the onion.

  2. 2

Cut cooked ham into fine strips. Melt 30 g fat in a pot. Sauté onion in it until transparent. Dust with flour and sauté. Deglaze with milk while stirring and simmer for about 5 minutes.

  3. 3

Grate the cheese and stir in, except for 2 tablespoons each of Parmesan and Gouda. Season to taste with salt, pepper and mustard. Drain the pasta and broccoli and fold into the sauce. Add the ham. Grease one large or 4 small casseroles.

  4. 4

Pour the pasta with the sauce. Crumble the bread finely and mix with the nuts. Sprinkle over the casserole and spread 10 g of fat flakes over it. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for about 20 minutes.

  5. 5

Green salad tastes good with it.
