Stuffed potatoes with vegetable quark

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 2 Potatoes (100 g each)
  • 200 g Spring quark "light"
  • 1 (50 g) Gherkin
  • 75 g cleaned cucumber and radishes
  • 20 g Salmon ham without fat edge
  • 1 TABLESPOON Chive rolls
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salad leaves

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and boil in water for about 20 minutes. Stir the quark until smooth. Cut or slice cucumbers, radishes and ham into fine strips. Add chive rolls to the quark and season to taste.

    Cut the potatoes, fill with the quark and arrange on salad.
