Peel and chop the onion. Cut the sausage diagonally into slices. Heat oil in a pot and fry the sausage slices lightly in it. Add onion and fry until transparent. Stir in rice and curry and also fry briefly.
Pour in the stock, bring to the boil and simmer at low heat for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile wash the peppers and zucchini. Peppers in strips, zucchini in slices. Add the bell peppers, zucchini and frozen peas to the stock halfway through cooking and bring to the boil.
Season the finished stew with salt and pepper.
