Clean, wash and cut the savoy cabbage into strips. Peel, wash and slice the carrot and potatoes. Bring the stock to the boil. Add vegetables and cook for about 10 minutes. Season with pepper and nutmeg.
Peel and finely chop the onion. Knead minced meat and onion. Season to taste with minced meat spice. Shape it into a meatball and fry it in hot oil while turning for about 10 minutes. Knead butter with the herbs.
Arrange vegetables with meatball and herb butter. Sprinkle with chopped parsley as desired.
