Ingredients

  • 1 small onion
  • 100 g triggered casseler
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 200 g Sauerkraut
  • 7-10 Tbsp caraway, 1/2 bay leaf
  • 1 (approx. 100 g) small bulb
  • 100 ml low-fat milk
  • 3 tablespoons (30 g) Puree Flakes
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, nutmeg

Directions

    Peel and chop the onion. Fry in oil with the meat. Add cabbage and spices and cook for about 20 minutes. Wash and chop the pear. Cook for about 10 minutes.

    Heat the milk and 7 tablespoons of water. Stir in the purée, season. Arrange everything
