Ingredients

  • 1 Stalk leek (leek)
  • 1 small kohlrabi
  • 1 TABLESPOON hulled sunflower seeds
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 125 g Beefsteak minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 30 g low-fat cream cheese (5% absolute)
  • 75 g Skimmed milk yoghurt

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the leek into rings. Cut off some young leaves from the kohlrabi, wash, dab dry and put aside. Peel, wash and cut the kohlrabi into thicker sticks

    Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan without fat until golden brown, remove. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the minced meat for 4-5 minutes over medium heat, turning it over. Fold in kohlrabi and leek, season with salt and pepper, stir in stock and cream cheese. Bring everything to the boil and cook for about 5 minutes while stirring. Finally, fold in the sunflower seeds and season to taste with salt and pepper

    Chop cabbage green, mix with yoghurt and season with salt and pepper. Add yoghurt to the minced meat and vegetable mixture for serving
