Peel and wash the potatoes and cook in salted water for about 25 minutes. In the meantime peel and finely dice the onion. Heat the oil in a pot. Fry the onion until transparent. Add sauerkraut and fry.
Deglaze with broth and bring to the boil. Add marjoram and laurel. Stew everything for about 25 minutes. Cut the apricots into pieces. Wash the meat. After about 15 minutes add apricots and meat to the sauerkraut and cook.
Drain the potatoes. Slice the sliced sausage. Serve with sauerkraut and potatoes.
