Melon and cheese salad

Ingredients

  • 300 g Watermelon
  • 100 g Grapes
  • 1/2 (60 g) Apples
  • 100 g Iceberg lettuce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1/2 lemon (approx. 2 tablespoons)
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweetener
  • 2 (20 g each) Mini Babybel

Directions

    Form balls from the melon with a ball cutter. Clean and wash the grapes. Wash half of the apple, remove seeds, quarter and slice. Clean, wash and cut the salad into pieces.

    Mix lemon juice and oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and some sweetener. Mix salad ingredients and marinade. Arrange the salad on a plate. Cut Babybel in half and place on the salad.
