Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, 30 g long grain rice
  • 1 (approx. 125 g) Carrot
  • 1 Stalk leek (leek)
  • 50 g Mushrooms
  • 1 washer Pineapple (a. d. Tin)
  • 100 g Turkey schnitzel, 1 teaspoon oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp pepper, curry, 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce

    Boil almost 100 ml of salted water. Cover the rice and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes. Carrot,

    Clean and wash the leek and mushrooms. Cut vegetables, mushrooms and pineapple into small pieces

    Dice meat. Fry briefly in hot oil. Add vegetables, mushrooms and pineapple, fry for 4-5 minutes. Season with pepper, curry and soy sauce. Eat rice with it
