Pasta with mushroom bolognese

Ingredients

  • 2 Spring onions
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 100 g small mushrooms
  • 3 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1-2 stem(s) fresher or
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried. Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Olive oil
  • 70 g Tatar (scraped meat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 TEASPOON Tomato paste
  • 40 g ribbon noodles

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings. Peel garlic and chop finely. Clean, wash and halve the mushrooms. Wash and coarsely dice the tomatoes. Wash thyme, pluck off leaves

    Heat the oil in a coated pan. Tatar

    in it crumbly sear. Season with salt and pepper. Fry the spring onions, garlic and mushrooms briefly. Stir in tomato paste and sweat it. Add tomatoes, thyme and 100 ml water, bring to the boil. Cover and stew for about 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes until al dente. Season sauce with salt, pepper and sugar. Drain the noodles and serve with the sauce immediately
