Prepare rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Peel onions and cut into cubes. Clean and wash cabbage and cut into large pieces. Heat oil, fry minced meat for about 10 minutes until crumbly.
After 3 minutes add onions, after another 3 minutes add cabbage. Stir in Worcester sauce and 6 tablespoons of water. Bring to the boil and simmer for another 3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and Sambal Oelek.
Pass the rice to the pan dish.
