Salmon on spinach salad

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Organic Lime
  • 10 g fresh ginger
  • 1 Shallot
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 orange
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper from the mill
  • 100 g Baby leaf spinach
  • 1 red and yellow pepper
  • 4 Lachsfilets (ca. 160 g)
  • 50 g Flour
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil

Directions

    Wash lime hot, grate dry, finely grate peel and squeeze juice. Peel ginger and grate finely. Peel and finely dice shallot. Mix ginger, shallot, orange juice, lime juice and zest. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Clean and wash the spinach and spin dry. Halve, clean, wash and finely dice the peppers

    Rinse fillets cold, dab dry, season with salt and pepper. Put the flour on a flat plate. Turn the fillets in it. Heat oil in a large pan. Fry the fillets at medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side

    Mix spinach, peppers and dressing and arrange on plates with the salmon fillets
