Cut the meat into 2 cm cubes. Peel and cut the onion into eighths. Halve the pepper, clean, wash and cut into bite-sized pieces. Put the diced meat on skewers alternating with onion and pepper pieces. For the marinade, mix lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 teaspoon of thyme, rose pepper and salt. Wash and clean the zucchini and cut into small cubes. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan.
Brown the skewers all around. Add the zucchini and fry. Pour marinade over them. Fry the zucchini and skewers for about 10 minutes, turning them over. If necessary, season with 1 teaspoon of thyme and salt. Arrange skewers and vegetables on a plate
