Clean broccoli, wash it and cut it into small florets. Put broccoli and cauliflower florets in boiling salted water and cook for 6-8 minutes. In the meantime cut potatoes into slices. Clean and wash the radishes and cut them into very fine slices. Mix prepared ingredients and sprouts.
For the marinade season vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in the oil. Dribble over the salad, let it steep a little. Season again and serve
