Ingredients

  • 600 g Potatoes, salt, fat (form)
  • 100 ml milk, 200 g whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp nutmeg, white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives

Directions

    Peel the potatoes and cook in salted water for about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool down

    Cut into slices and layer in a greased casserole dish. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over it. Whisk milk and cream. Season with nutmeg and pepper. Pour over the potatoes. Bake everything in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for about 30 minutes. Wash the chives, cut them into small rolls and sprinkle over them
